I have been training with Tiffany since November 2015. When I came to the gym, I had not worked out on a consistent basis is over 3 years and I was uncertain about what to do to make the changes in my life that I needed.
Tiffany put me on a training program, provided me with healthy recipes, encouraged me, and has kept me motivated on achieving my fitness goals.
Since November, I have lost 20 pounds, increased my physical strength and endurance and I’m eating healthy again. I’m in the best shape I have been in years. If it were not for Tiffany motivating and challenging me, I do not think I would be where I am now. I also have a great friend that I admire. Thanks Tiffany!

As a new member, I realized it was necessary for me to have a trainer to help me set and meet my primary goals. To my delight, I was assigned to Stephanie House! I say that because she possesses the special qualities I needed. I’m 72 years old and a little self-conscious of exercising around others, especially those half my age. Although I have always been very active around my home and participated in light exercising and swimming, I’ve never enjoyed exercising – UNTIL NOW!
I have found everyone here to be supportive and I feel comfortable. Stephanie was especially helpful building my confidence and making me feel like it’s ok to be out of breath, nauseated and sweaty! She encouraged me by pointing out that I was doing something improve and maintain the quality of my life. When Stephanie weighed and measured me and evaluated my overall physical condition – it wasn’t pretty! But she started me out slowly. Each week, she gave me a different written exercise program to follow on my own. I have been able to take those written programs, mix, match, and modify them in a way that has kept me interested and engaged. I used to dread going to the gym – now, it’s something very personal I do for myself. The goals Stephanie set for me were attainable - to improve my cardio/respiratory, lose about 10 pounds and strengthen my core (which was essential for my balance) I got much more than I could’ve dreamed of – I am no longer taking blood pressure medicine! I can open my own jars, I am much more agile. I can climb ladders with confidence; I can stoop and bend without groaning or tipping over. I used to take shots for a spinal cord issue, but because I have built muscles around those discs, etc., had no need for shots. This is a major benefit for me. Okay, that’s the healthy part – now for the VANITY benefits – I have lost 10 pounds, 15 inches (yes 15”). I am a size smaller in all my clothes. My husband is very proud of me and I feel GREAT! My plan is to continue to have a regular exercise program all my life!
I was plagued with two chronic painful conditions.
I started working with Stephanie in May 2015. At that time I weighed 240 pounds, was taking blood pressure meds, and was Type 2 diabetic with elevated ACP. In addition, I was plagued with two chronic painful conditions. I had been a junior gymnast and suffered a dislocated shoulder. It nagged be for the remainder of my life. It was painful to even drive using my left arm. The second condition was the result of a compressed disk in my neck which caused pain running down my left side of my neck to my left shoulder blade. Both of these conditions had been addressed by medical professionals and I had undergone several pain management therapy sessions in attempts to control or reduce the pain levels. Very little success resulted from these efforts.
Under Stephanie’s guidance, we slowly and methodically worked on increasing the range of motion in the shoulder. At the same time, we built strength in the arm and shoulder muscles. Concurrently, we worked to build my core and increase my overall muscle mass. The result was that my neck is pain free at this time. The result was that my neck is pain free. It seems that the muscle support in my neck has improved greatly and the vertebrae are not creating pressure on the nerve. The left shoulder is much stronger and painless. Stephanie has been wonderful and encouraging in this endeavor. She is always positive, informative, and willing to spend time to provide the best guidance to her clients.
To be able to participate in these events with my husband has been both rewarding and exhilarating.
I have never been an exercise fan. To go outside and walk - to get on a treamill and walk - I could do that all day long. After much urging by my fit husband to get into the gym, I was persuaded to sign up with a trainer. After meeting Tiffany, I knew that if I was going to commit, she was the trainer for me.Her drive and spunk was 'just what the doctor ordered'. We met and set up a training schedule for twice a week.
The workouts we pursued were various types - working on my legs and lower body one day, my arms and upper body the next - all the while putting in consistent cardio/interval training. Many days, I was convinced that Tiffany 'hated' me - after the pain. But, I quickly realized that with that pain, came gain (or loss). When I originally committed to the program, I was wearing a size 12, comfortably - knowing full well that was not the right size for my height. After working with Tiffany for 3 months, I was able to send those size 12's to the thrift stores - able to pull those size 8's out of storage and putting them to good use again.
Not only do I feel more fit than I have in a very long time, I have an endurance that has allowed me to sign up for more than one 5k, 10k, or 15k run. To be able to participate in these events with my husband has been both rewarding and exhilarating. I plan to keep up with this routine - heading into retirement with a lifetime of healthy living ahead for both of us.

After working out on my own for a few months at Everybody Fitness and not getting the results I wanted, I finally made the decision to try a personal trainer. After working with Michelle once a week for a few months now, all I can say is Wow! She has really kicked me into shape. I've lost weight, inches and a dress size or two. But most importantly, I've never felt this strong in my life! She really helps me to stay motivated and focused, and we still have a blast during our workouts. She changes things up every week so it stays challenging and never boring. Our workouts have also made me feel more confident using the machines on my own. Knowing that I have an appointment with her keeps me motivated to get in the gym a few more days each week. I am beyond thrilled with the results so far, and look forward to continuing our workouts!

I was really struggling with losing the last of my baby weight. I had been doing the same workouts for years and knew something needed to change. I was used to doing lots of group fitness classes and cardio, but not much else. I signed up to do a personal training session with Michelle and started seeing results almost immediately! We do so many variations of exercises that I’d never thought of. She got me more comfortable getting out on the floor and lifting weights. It was so encouraging seeing the number on the scale finally go down! It made me want to work harder to reach my goal. Michelle was really encouraging along the way; giving me food tips as well as exercise advice. I knew we would be weighing in and checking my results each week so I felt more accountable for my decisions. By the end of the 12 weeks I signed up for, I had lost the weight I wanted to and felt happy with my results. Kelly's program transformed me. I thought I was in great shape after 24 years of consistent workouts as an active duty member of the U.S. Army. While I was in good shape,Kelly built a fitness program for me that enabled me to lose 6% body fat, lose 15 pounds, and gain muscle tone and definition that I had always hoped for, but figured it was beyond my DNA. After an initial assessment and working with me for a few weeks, Kelly developed a very tailored program for me to follow both when I was with her and when I was on the road (e.g., hotel gyms) travelling for my new life as a corporate executive. Even though I only saw once a week, through the Trainerize App, she updated my program to maximize my workout times which while short (less than an hour),I could make the most of. I think one of the keys to Kelly's success with me was that she approached me holistically. Each session she happily talked me through ways to improve my fitness through nutrition, rest, recovery, stretching, vitamins, and life outlook. Even though as a daughter of a Marine and me being a Soldier, she could have trained me through a drill sergeant technique, she leveraged her easy smile, calm demeanor, and engaging personality to convince me through facts, figures, and technique that I could get the results I wanted by following her plan. My name is Steve Lyon and I am a member of Every Body Fitness.
On February 11, 2015, while working out in the weight room, I had a sudden cardiac arrest event... A Heart Attack.
I was gone.
Bruce, Carla, and Steve worked liked the rapid response team they were trained to be: managing chest compressions, placing the 911 call, and employing an AED to re-start my heart. They brought me back. St. Johns County First Responders showed up shortly thereafter.
In the hospital a week later, my cardiologist remarked, "You may not know how lucky you are. The actions of your fitness center made the outcome of your incident 'One in a Thousand'".
So when I signed up, what I really bought was the critical hardware and technology, management efforts in staff training and expertise, and at the exact moment when I needed it most... the will to act. I am alive today due to the actions of the management and staff of Every Body Fitness.
So here I am. I weighed 280 pounds on the morning of the event. I am now at 225 pounds, feeling good, working out here every day.

My name is Josh and I’m 35 years old. I walked into Every Body Fitness looking for someone to show me how to overcome my slowing metabolism, rapid weight gain, and lack of energy. I have never worked out in my life and as I got older ( 39 ), I realized looking at pictures and how I felt I needed to do something. So, I looked for a Gym close to the office where I could work out during my lunch hour. Being married with kids, the gym doesn't work in the morning or evenings for me. I also know myself so I knew I had to tie my workout plan to my wallet in order for me to be fully committed and follow through with it.
I found Every Body Fitness and met my Personal Trainer, Michelle Deleo. I wasn't sure about having a female trainer, but I'm so glad that Michelle is my trainer. Through her knowledge and guidance, she has helped me tremendously. My original plan was to buy a single training package so I could learn how to work out then keep it going myself. Well, I have had so much success with Michelle's workouts and her nutritional knowledge that I stuck with her for 4 months. I average 4 visits a week. I come in the gym, change in to my workout clothes, get started with Michelle, and she tells me what to do and then I do it. I don't have to think about what exercises I need to do or worry about if I'm doing them wrong because she has it all planned out and pushes me in a good way.

I have always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight. During the last two years I have lost 30 pounds. Have a "NO QUIT" attitude
As a 57 year old women who has always been in somewhat decent shape, BOOTCAMP along with a good diet has helped me achieve a fitness level that I never thought I would have at my age. Kelly Luedke has definitely been a motivating factor for me to keep on keeping on as I have done now for the last 2 years in her class. We have a great group of women in our 9am class that I look forward to seeing every Mon, Wed, and Fri.

Since my first training session with Michelle DeLeo in 2014, I knew she was just what I needed to help me achieve my goals. Michelle motivates and empowers me in a way I can’t do for myself. She continues to build up my confidence by pushing me out of my comfort zone, in a safe way. She understands my goals and trains me accordingly, always providing a new challenge for me. No workout is ever the same, and, in fact, I look forward to my training sessions and can’t wait for the next one.

Since turning 40, Ive struggled...
I have trained with Kelly Luedke on and off for the past few years. I usually seek her help whenever I've been unmotivated to exercise for several months and need a kick in the pants to get moving again. Recently, I began working out with Kelly for 30-minute sessions. We rarely did the same exercise more than once which helped to keep our sessions interesting and fun. Since I travel every week for work, she used two of our sessions to show me how I could really get a good total body workout while on the road. Kelly remained flexible when I had to reschedule a session at the last minute.
Since turning 40 last year, I've struggled with the hormonal changes my body has been going through when it comes to losing weight. Everything I used to do to stay fit and at a healthy weight was not longer working. Kelly cared as much about my progress and success as I did and she showed it during every session. With her help, I have lost weight and inches and continued to lose weight and inches successfully on my own.
I've got great new muscles...
I was one of those people who went to the gym, climbed on a machine for 30-45 minutes and declared "Yes! I go to the gym!" The only problem with this was I had no results to show for my time spent in the gym. Then one day, I decided to try the "free" week of Fit Camp at EBF. That's where I met Kelly Luedke. After the first trial week I was hooked. Kelly is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun. She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I now have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely, and I've got great new muscles (I always refer to my arms as "arms by Kelly").

I truly hit the Personal Trainer Jackpot...
I'm not sure if there was a coin toss, dice throw, or name pulled from a hat... but, I truly hit the Personal Trainer jackpot by having Stephanie House. I am so grateful for everything Stephanie has done and put me through these past couple of months.
First, Stephanie helped me quickly get acclimated to the new gym environment. Second, Stephanie helped me learn new things about myself I hadn't yet discovered. Third, she pushed me to levels of athleticism and fitness that I didn't expect to reach in such a short period of time. Finally, Stephanie helped me reach goals that I have set for myself. Her personality and encouragement were just what I needed.

I was able to finish out the swim season...
I’m a senior at Bartram Trail High School and I first started working with Kelly Luedke when I was a freshman. I had injured my shoulder while swimming for my high school swim team and Kelly worked with me to rehabilitate it. Because of Kelly, I was able to finish out the swim season. I also worked with Kelly for speed and agility training to prepare for my upcoming lacrosse season. Kelly’s training paid off the moment I stepped on the lacrosse field. My speed and agility were noticeably improved. Kelly’s approach has made me a better athlete.
I exercised and exercised and never lost any weight...
I have been a member at Every Body Fitness for several years. I am not the youngest and I had resolved myself to be the weight that I am. I exercised and exercised and just never lost weight. I thought that it was a stage that I am in and that I just had to get used to it.
Then, when I finally decided to work with a Personal Trainer at Every Body Fitness, I found out that I really could lose weight. I was walking on the treadmill one evening after I had my yearly health assessment at work. I was excited that I had made progress over the past year and just needed to share. I stopped Tiffany, and told her my news. She was so excited for me and her kind words motivated me even more. I decided that this is the year that I want to make changes, and I have to say, I couldn't do it without having Tiffany in my corner. She is my biggest cheerleader and keeps me motivated every day. She pushes me further than I've ever been before, texts me to see how I’m feeling the day after a workout, sends weekly e-mails with healthy recipes, and encourages me during our training sessions. I had a knee injury and have been living with a limp and no strength in my leg for over 10 years. Tiffany designed a plan for me addressing my injury and my knee is so much better. I'm not where I want to be with my weight YET, but I know that with Tiffany on my side, I will get there!
I had given up and decided that I just had to live with the pain...
As an ER Nurse, I work long and physically demanding hours that continuously take a toll on my entire body. After having 2 kids, I started to realize just how out of shape I had become. I could no longer rely on my body as I once did when I was in shape (pre-pregnancy) and working out. Slowly, over time, I developed degenerative disc disease in my lower back as well as a bulging disc and labeled "chronic back disease" at the age of 30. After repeated visits to my primary doctor, an orthopedic, a chiropractor, physical therapy, and even an acupuncturist, I gave up and decided that I'd just have to live with the pain. Then one day, as a last resort, I decided to try out the FREE Personal Training sessions offered by Every Body Fitness.
My session began with the sobering act of figuring out just how out of shape I was. I almost felt defeated before I started, but Stephanie House continued to encourage me and set me up on an individualized plan specific to my back pain problems. I was surprisingly impressed. I would come in each day and she had an entire workout planned, showed me pictures of the muscle groups affected and how we were going to fix it. She was quickly able to modify certain exercises if I felt pain and was able to pull me head out of defeat to continue each exercise, even when I felt physically unable. She also taught me so much about food and what I put into my body. I was absolutely enlightened by the entire process!
After only 6 weeks of training with Stephanie, I found a part of myself I lost a long time ago. Frankly, I never thought I'd see that side of me again. She pushed me to be MYSELF again and never gave in to the doubt that I constantly had on my mind. I am stronger both physically and mentally. I have a stronger core to support my back and I even have tricep muscles too! Stephanie gave me the perfect platform to propel myself further in my conditioning for the future. I can absolutely say that this experience has left me with excitement and optimism for my future whole-body health. My back is 90% better. I can go days without even thinking about it. It just goes to show you that with hard work, some incredible motivation, and a "Stephanie", you can accomplish your goals and MORE!

I have been a client of Kelly’ Luedke's over the last several years off and on. Life seems to get in the way at times and then I circle back around and come back. I have to say that before I started working out with Kelly I was working with another trainer (who is no longer there) for several months without seeing much of a result. I inherited Kelly after the other trainers departure and I can only describe my short time with her after that as amazing.
In a very short time with Kelly I began to see results. I don’t know if I am the typical client that she sees on a regular basis. I am not really over weight but I really didn’t have much muscle tone and my eating habits were sparse for a lack of a better word from working and being on the road a lot. She really worked to understand what I was looking for and not just put me in a category with everyone else. Kelly is not your average Personal Trainer. Kelly has a degree in Exercise Science. I truly think her education combined with her years of experience give her the knowledge to get people on the right track.
Working out is just a small piece of the puzzle. Kelly understands how the body reacts to certain exercises. She also understands injuries and how to rehabilitate. Kelly has a good understanding of nutrition and the necessary plan to get your body where it needs to go. If you follow her directive you will see results. I have seen her interact with other clients and give them the results they are seeking as well. She has been the consistent and constant face of Every Body Fitness over the years. Kelly is a fantastic Personal Trainer and someone who I also get to now call my friend.
